So after going back and forth with the township the last email we have received yesterday states that for this year and this year only we will be given 18 days to play starting mid august till September we will only be given Monday and Tuesday nights certain diamonds and then September Saturday 9-5 we will be going back to normal next year starting again April to October is what I had them send me in an email the hard part about starting now with only 18 days of play is the amount of games everyone can get I have had some teams call me in the last 2 days and I have told them what the township projected for us and they have opted out of playing for this year as realistically teams would only be able to get 3 games in and no playoffs so with this being said we have now had to come to terms that we will not be able to play for this season yet again I’m sorry guys for this but there’s not much more we can do and to the teams who have said thanks for your hard work we will see you in 2022 for spring/summer and fall thank you for understanding our situation and what the township has done as it’s out of our control I hope to see you all next season and if your have any questions fell free to send me a message and I will respond as soon as I can have a good rest of your year.

Hello everyone yup I’m still waiting on answers from the township I’m doing what I can and trying my hardest so calling me or messaging and harassing me to ask me why we aren’t playing and and why things aren’t happening I don’t have theses answers I don’t work for the township or the government and I don’t own the fields I have been dealing with these issues since March or 2020 and I deal with things daily I’m trying my hardest to get you all back and playing I don’t know what else I can say or do but can say when I have answers you all will and if that isn’t good enough for you I’m sorry but not much else I can do wish there was have a great day

Hi all yes finally!!with the announcement today about outdoor sports being allowed to start.I have just emailed the township to see what this means for our league and how fast we can start.as soon as I have a answer from them I will announce our start date to start playing.I hope to have a concrete answer by the end of the week for all teams and players thank you for all your patience thru this time we have gone thru we all appreciate it deeply

Thank you for your patience in between updates. Your league president has been working tirelessly to get everyone returning to play as soon as possible. Unfortunately for us all though, it will not be in 2020.

With youth fastpitch taking precedence over adult leagues, the fields we normally use are booked 7 days a week, leaving us with not enough time slots to accommodate any form of organized play this year. The choice given to us was 9:10pm during the week and after 6pm on weekends until the end of August. This would have been too challenging to try and schedule out, so it was decided to cancel the season(s) completely. We know that you will understand with all the new changes that have been made this year, this situation has caused a lot of disruption in plans for all sports and events.

We appreciate your understanding and again, thank you for your patience. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021. Stay safe and healthy.

Hey guys long conversation today and yesterday just finalizing what needs to happen to start in July (2 ish weeks)some rules I think we can all abide by to play not a lot of changes with actual game play. I Will post all rules tomorrow after I hear them all tonight just need to know what teams are in tomorrow after we post what the changes will be. Glad you all have had faith in us and have been patient with what’s been going on with these tough times, don’t need comments or complaints just need to know from coaches who are in or out. The main rules are base coaches have to be 6 feet away, back catcher has to be 6 feet from home plate, no hand shakes, no coaches meetings, no smoking or va**ng, no smoking, no spitz or spitting or gum chewing, and each team uses there own balls for their team that inning, which we provide umpires No contact with balls but will post full rules when I know tomorrow afternoon again thank you all for your patience with us we are sorry for the delay but we are real close now and really appreciate how you have all been thru this

Hello players of Willoughby mixed slo pitch I have been in talks everyday this week and will be posting tomorrow what it will look like for us to start playing ball very soon please be patient with us as this has been a long endeavour for us to start playing ball and will have some certain rules we will have to abide by for us to play and to continue playing ball but like I have said I’m projecting playing soon and run till end of September if we can make it all work hope to talk and see you all soon!
