It was so special to take my oldest girl to watch the Canadian women's volleyball team 🏐 play this weekend. Proud of the Canadian women demonstrating skill, class and sportsmanship.

Excited to share that I have been awarded my PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Grateful to my coaching community and family for all their support along the way (you know who you are 😉). It has been a privilege to work with so many different clients among many different sectors. Although I have been carrying an ACC ICF credential for over 7 years, this credential represents so much to me as I have recorded over 500 hours of coaching experience and 125 hours of training plus demonstrating a higher level of coaching competency; And all while raising three babies 😊😅. Looking forward to continuing to grow in my coaching practice and partnering with people on their leadership and life journeys.
