This is not your average hockey camp. Our Rep Prep Camps are designed specifically for U11, U13, and U15 players who want to hit tryouts faster, sharper, and more confident than ever. Each camp includes two high-intensity ice times daily, plus one or two Dryland sessions (depending on age group and location) to build strength, speed, and stamina. We focus on the skills that get noticed—explosive skating, puck control under pressure, game IQ, and compete level. IMPACT HOCKEY HOLIDAY CAMP!! For ages U6-U13 with specialty Guest Coaches!! U11 & U13 both have TWO ice times PLUS a Dryland session, U9 has ONE icetime + Dryland and just one ice time each for our little guys in U6 & U7.
On ice curriculum:
Day 1 - edges/balance/mobility
Day 2 - shooting & scoring skills
Day 3 - position specific development
Day 4 - explosive skating & speed training
Dry land training - sessions are age specific focused on hockey specific training tailored to each individual age group
