Dear Mom,

The older I get the more I understand that this is your first time being a mom too 🥰 I can say with certainty you've set the bar high and I can only wish that I can show up as a Mom in all of the ways that you have and continue to. Having you in our lives is a blessing and we adore you 💕

Sending love to the mothers who are no longer with us and those who show up as moms even though they don't have to. To all the moms who have experienced loss and those grieving today 💐✨💗

Earth Day hits a little deeper this year 🌎✨

This painting came through me during a healing retreat with Soul Ascension Healing Arts — a vision of sitting on top of the universe, radiating golden light… sending healing energy out into my community and beyond.

At the time, it felt almost too expansive to understand.

But Earth Day is a reminder… we are not separate from any of it.

We are connected — to each other, to this planet, to the energy we give and receive every single day.

What we nurture within ourselves ripples outward.
What we heal, we pass on.
What we create, we share with the world around us.

That vision I once saw… lives here now.

In this community. In this space. In every person who walks through our doors.

A ripple of connection.
A ripple of healing.
A ripple that extends far beyond these walls.

The same way the Earth holds and supports us — we have the opportunity to hold and support one another.

That’s the work. That’s the magic.

Today, we honour a practice that is so much more than movement. Yoga is breath. It’s stillness. It’s strength. It’s healing. It’s community. It’s a way home to yourself.

Yoga has transformed my life—and every day I get to witness it transforming the lives of others. Whether it’s the first deep breath someone takes after a long day, the courage to show up on hard days, or the quiet power of someone learning to trust themselves again—this is yoga.

I believe yoga should be in every school, every community centre, and accessible to all— 'A pre requisite for Life's because the world needs more peace, more connection, more presence.

To everyone who has stepped on their mat—whether once or a thousand times—thank you. You are part of a ripple effect of healing.

Keep breathing. Keep moving. Keep showing up. 💛

HUMILITY ✨ GRATITUDE ✨ COMMUNITY ✨

As we say farewell to 2024 and step into 2025 I reflect on my Yoga practice and the impact it has had on my life. Yoga offered a different lens through which to see & experience the world and myself & I am grateful 🙏

How often I get swept up in the day-to-day 'stuff' that is 'life' and how I am reminded each and every time I return to my mat that the practice is always there to support me 🌱

Yoga teaches me that it’s okay to pause and restart as many times as I need.

Yoga is a practice. Not an end goal. Not a competition.

In yoga, we are asked to meet ourselves just where we are—not forcing, not judging, but embracing our practice and our life with grace. It’s the recognition that every pose is a teacher, every breath is a guide, and every stumble is part of the journey. And while we don’t have all the answers we are showing up anyway, ready to grow.

2025 is here, and it feels like a dream coming to life! This year marks the beginning of something truly special as we open the doors to Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Brookswood. 🌟

Our long-term vision has always been to create a space where wellness, connection, and peace thrive—a sanctuary where the community can come together to sweat, heal, and grow.

We’re so grateful for the support and excitement you’ve already shared with us, and we can’t wait to build this journey together. Let’s make 2025 a year of empowerment, balance, and shared moments of strength and serenity. 💫
