Our small class sizes allow us the opportunity to work with everyone on their form and provide alternative options for various exercises! 💪🏼

We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting our second Bring a Friend Day on April 25th at 9:00am! 😍

Register for a drop-in through our website and bring your friend for FREE! 🩵

📢 Friends! Please make sure you arrives at least 10 minutes early to sign off on our terms and conditions. This will be required before beginning any exercise. 📢

What to bring:
-a mat
-set of dumbbells (we recommend between 5-8 lbs)
-a water bottle

Introducing Aprils Exercise of the Month: Goblet Squats! 🩵

Goblet Squats are an excellent lower body exercise, targeting the quads, glutes and hamstrings.

To achieve proper form, start by positioning your feet shoulder width apart with your toes slightly turned out. Bring your weight (dumbbells or kettle bell) up and hold it at your chest. When you squat down, focus on keeping your back straight and chest up, avoiding leaning too far forward. While squatting, focus on sitting back and down, like sitting in a chair! Your knees should stay behind your toes and in line with your ankles.
