🚨 The 3 things you’ll need to get to your leanest and most attractive physique 🚨
1️⃣ A GOAL
You’ll definitely need a meaningful destination, and a way to know you have attained it.
2️⃣ A STARTING POINT
Where are you starting from? Are you 20-30lbs overweight? What’s your situation like NOW? No shame.
3️⃣ A SYSTEM
You’ll need a vehicle that’ll get you there. That vehicle should fit YOUR STARTING POINT AND YOUR DESTINATION.
If you want to cross a river but see no bridge, a CAR won’t get you there. You’ll need a boat, or a jet maybe 🛩
➡️ The problem is most people have a STARTING POINT and a rough idea of their DESTINATION…
🚫 But they have NO SYSTEM 😩
So they wander about, go by foot to their destination, stumble, fall, and end up quitting.

How to live in the NOW 🙏🏻 and avoid REGRET 😔
This beautiful woman is a daily reminder that the most precious moments happen NOW, and forge the best memories for LATER ✨
I keep pinching my arms to remind myself how all the small things around me really are, deep down, the big things.
And how most of the big things end up coming as a by product of, well, the small things.
Relationships are the most important things in life. I didn’t use to think like that. I was more concerned of reaching my goals.
So I hurt people I loved and neglected the positive impact these people actually had in my life.
I was so scared of not living the big things that I’d forget the crucial value of the small ones.
Sometimes you’re sitting on the treasure you’re seeking.
Where you are now is really where you should be.
And maybe you should start using your actual reality as the starting point, instead of the illusions you’ve been entertaining for a while.
It’s not ‘how I’d like for things to be’ or ‘or things should be’ 😠 ‘durp!’
It’s ‘how are they truly now?’ and make the according SMALL changes as of now. 🙏🏻
What’s hard with that is results of change are invisible at first.
Changing a ship’s direction from 1 degree won’t bring any difference 100 meters from now.
But after 10,000 meters, the destination will be totally different.
May that be your reminder to be grateful for what you got 🙏🏻 and that you always got the power to change 💪🏻

The biggest nutrition mistake people make 😩
➡️ They put way too much pressure on themselves
When you want to make a change, you start thinking 🤔
1️⃣ Omg it’s going to demand so much effort
2️⃣ I need to do research so I ‘get it right’ this time
3️⃣ Why is eating healthy so hard?
And so you see your new nutrition quest like a huge mountain, and you’re here, starting at the bottom.
You then start climbing, it’s hard, it’s tedious, you struggle and at a certain point you stumble, fall and go back to the starting point.
Then you tell yourself maybe it wasn’t for you, or that the tactics didn’t work.
Here’s the thing ➡️ You started with the wrong mindset
Here’s what I recommend after helping 100’s of clients succeed :
🚫 Don’t pressure yourself
Instead of seeing yourself at the bottom, ‘trying’ to get to the top…
✅ See yourself already on top, and act from this place
The reason you’re struggling to see yourself ‘already being there’ is you don’t have a proven system to work with.
With a proper Healthy Habit System (training & nutrition) you can avoid the pain of doing it on your own and achieve your goals stress-free.

Don’t think ‘Fitness’ ➡️ Think ‘Habit System’
You create habits and habits create your results 📈
The goal is to plug a Healthy Habit System to your Weekly Life so you can get in shape, burn fat and live a long healthy life.
Example :
If you train 3x per week, eat healthy daily and practice gratitude daily, you’ll burn fat, tone up and generally feel great.
These healthy habits form a Healthy Habit System (HHS), and the results (fat loss, muscle build & good moods) are default products of you taking action.
The problem is right now you have no way of implementing that system into your life, never mind staying consistent with it.
This is where I come in.

Team Work = Dream Works 🚀
And just like that, Pam and I are back in Montreal, working on our purpose. 💪🏻
This trip was refreshing. 🙏🏻
It had been a while since I had the chance to not think about work, even though I still was in communication with some of my beloved clients. (You guys!)
I love talking to you at all times, be it business-related or about life in general.
To be truthful, I’ve never really perceived my work as a ‘job’.
It’s just something that I happen to do.
Just life habits and systems I put in place for my life from a place of passion.
And I happen to be making a living with them. ( )
Some say they live ‘off’ their passion. I just live my passion and whatever unfolds, unfolds.
My only concern every day is to be of service, honing my skills and learn through the challenges I face.
And being back just gets me all jittery because I know all the value gems that are coming your way 👀

Having that personalized plan will allow you to INTEGRATE fitness and nutrition step-by-step until it’s become an innate part of your day-to-day life.
Trying to figure everything out on your own will lead you into the misleading labyrinth of fitness information.
You will get lost and will hit all wall and before you even know it, you will quit.
You need a guide through the labyrinth, someone who knows the traps, the pitfalls and who’s done it multiple times.

Wanna get ripped? ➡️ Audit how you think 🧠
Your beliefs color your thoughts and your thoughts create your reality.
If you believe you are s**t, your results will be s**t 💩
If you believe you are THE s**t, then you’ll get epic results.
Of course the HOW is important, but the WHY and your perspectives on yourselves are just as much.
Major key 🔑 :
The goal isn’t trying to get somewhere, it’s to realize you’ve ALWAYS BEEN THERE, and then get rid of the bulls**t in the way.
Read that again ⬆️
This major shift will set a new foundation for your results.
You are who you perceive yourself to be. Your self-image is the foundation noone talks about in the fitness industry.
So don’t just visualize yourself at a prime physique..
Act as if you were already there and cut out the BS excuses 👍🏻
And don’t do it for noone else but yourself. People will never fully understand your vision unless they have accomplished what you want to accomplish and have gone through the necessary struggles to provide you with the insights necessary to succeed.
Mindset is everything. Protect it with all you got 👍🏻
