It’s about joy, confidence, mobility, strength, and learning how to care for your body in a way that supports your real life.
So you can feel stronger as a mom, more grounded as a student, more confident as a woman.
So you can manage stress better, move through daily life with less pain, and reconnect with yourself again.
And especially if you’re a mom …make time for movement.
Not to become smaller, but to become stronger in the way you show up for your life.

Join us for a special Mother & Daughter / Girls Wellness Event focused on mental health, self-esteem, connection, and community. Through meaningful conversation and wellness activities, we aim to create a supportive and uplifting space for girls and the important women in their lives. Proceeds and donations will support Douglas Mental Health University Institute.
The event will begin with a pilates class led by Gabriella, founder of Nubarre and lead nstructor. Following the class, Alessandra will guide an open and empowering mental health discussion focused on confidence, connection, and emotional wellness.
Guests will then enjoy a small intermission with beverages and snacks before winding down with a special relaxation meditation and stretch experience led by Stephanie Jama, our powerful Monday night instructor.
Together, we hope to create a meaningful event centered around movement, mindfulness, and community.
$35 per person created to keep this event accessible while supporting mental health initiatives. All proceeds donated to Douglas Mental Health University Institute.
Additional donations welcomed at the front desk.
For those who would simply like to attend the mental health talk portion of the event, you are more than welcome to join us and donate what you wish at the front desk. The talk portion will begin at approximately 1:10 PM
