Team Bakos 2020/21

Thank you ALL for a wonderful season, even though it happened to be cut short. We are sad to have ended so soon, but understand that this decision had to be made.

A huge shoutout to coach Andrea for all she has done, hopping on the team with such passion and will to teach us! We couldn’t have done it without you! Also to every one of our parents for supporting us without hesitation, you mean so much to all of us!

Lastly, huge thank you to each and every one of our sponsors! You are all greatly, greatly appreciated. We also, couldn’t have accomplished our season without you. Make sure you check them all out, they’re great 😉

Sadly, Team Bakos will be parting our separate ways next season. We wish Julia all the best with her new team in Ontario, ! We also wish good luck to Jillian as she plans on heading to Australia for work in the future when it is safe to do so, Mackenzie as she follows her path to post-secondary, and Payton as she searches to find another teammate for her new team while continuing high school! Thank you all again for following our journey through this crazy season! 💗

Excited to be playing in Leduc this weekend! Hoping to live stream our games here on our page again, so be sure to tune in!

Had a fun weekend in Red Deer at the Servus Credit Union U18 bonspiel! Ended up with a 3-2 record, loosing the quarters in a fun game vs Team Molberg :) Congrats to Team Plett & Team Whittmire who took home first place, and a huge thank you to all the volunteers and staff for making the spiel a success! Our next event is the U21 in Leduc November 6-8!

We finished this weekend in second place as runners up! Had lots of fun wandering around Bass Pro Shop between games to take photos with the bears & fish ;) A big thank you to and staff for putting on such a great event! Catch us back in action next weekend at the Red Deer U18
