Progressive Power Daytime Home School Program is designed to help young skaters build stronger fundamentals, better balance, more speed and greater confidence on the ice.

This 10-session program will focus on:

Fast forwards fundamentals
Stride technique
Explosive fast feet
Backwards balance and momentum
Edgework and transitional turning
Accelerated agility training
Intensive speed compete drills
Advanced edgework
Game day

Pucks will be used periodically throughout the program.

Our U11/U13 Intensive Speed Training Camp is focused on building the skating skills players need to move faster, accelerate harder and stay in control at top speed.

Players will work on:
• Edgework
• Ankle strength & mobility
• Balance and body control
• Acceleration
• Maximum speed
• Change of direction
• Re-acceleration & rapid deceleration

This 4-class advanced edgework and explosive skills program is built for skaters who want to sharpen technique, build speed, and improve overall skating efficiency.

Players will work on:

- Linear and east/west crossover systems
- 1st step acceleration and stops
- Forward stride development
- Fast V and crossover fast V explosive starts
- Backwards power and speed momentum
- Clean pivots
- Advanced agility turning
- Punch turn training

Pucks will be used periodically during the sessions.
