We're now located at 4309 8th Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB.

Some changes were made in order to accommodate the students that were not able to attend classes from the last schedule.

Starting consistently from June 8th we will introduce this new schedule. We are improving our timetables and offering more classes for every age group. We are very excited to start providing more opportunities for everyone to train and build on their jiujitsu skills with high level instructors!

Even though there are only 8 levels of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu belts for adults, there are actually 13 levels for children. One of the great advantages of BJJ for children is that it teaches them self-defense, which is a great tool against bullying, which is rising rapidly in the school systems.
