University of Lethbridge Dance Team

Last but certainly not least- is our head coach Lexii!! 💛 Lexii has been on the team for 3 years and coached for the last two!! We are so lucky to have her run our team💜 Lexii loves lyrical and jazz- see her jazz number in the last video :) She is often juggling her 2 jobs, school, running the dance team, and hanging out with her cat and recently new snake !! She is the main person behind the scenes organizing everything for us and we appreciate her so much !!!🫶🏻

Our next coach is Taylor 💜 This is her third year on the team and 1st year coaching :) Taylor’s favourite style of dance is contemp ! See her contemp piece in the last video :) She is currently teaching at haptic dance and in her spare time she loves to read, hangout with her two orange kitties, or go plant shopping 🫶🏻

Introducing our coaches!!💜 First up we have Sheyenne !! This is Sheyenne’s 3rd year coaching the team and we are so happy to have her :) Sheyenne is currently working towards her education degree! She has two animals; Wilton and Aggie, her dog and kitty. She choreographed a contemporary piece for the team this year and is our treasurer 🫶🏻 See the contemp price in the last video !!

Next we have Cam 💜💜 She is our hiphop Queen 💛 This is her fourth year on the team and we are so happy to have her !! See Cam and Allie’s duo in the last video (they choreographed it together !) When Cam isn’t doing school or dance, she will be playing hayday, working with her rats, or going to the gym 🫶🏻💜

Next is Julia!!💜 This is Julia’s first year on the team and her favourite style of dance is either tap or contemporary! See the last video for her contemp solo that she choreographed !!

Next up is Maddy!💛This is Maddy’s second year on the team !! Her favourite style of dance is either lyrical or hiphop! See the last video for her solo that she choreographed :)

Next we have the lovely Jordana !!💜 This is Jordana’s second year on the team and she has legs for days 🤩 Her favourite style of dance is jazz- see the last video for her jazz solo (choreographed by Lexii). We are so happy to have Jordana on the team!!

Next we have Allie !!💜 This is Allie’s second year on the team and we are so happy to have her again!! If you know Allie, you know she is probably one of the funniest people ever 🫶🏻 Her favourite style of dance is hiphop or lyrical! See the last video for her contemp solo (choreographed by Tay S).

Next is Alyssa !💛 This is her first year on the team (yay!) and her favorite style of dance is contemp. She choreographed her own solo this year- see that last video! Alyssa is easy going, funny, and a sweetheart!

Next we have the sweet Payton!! 💜 This is Payton’s first year on the team and she has such a kind soul, we have all loved getting to know her more 💛 Her favourite style of dance is ballet ! See her lyrical solo (choreographed by Tay S) in the last video :)

Next we have Mya!!💜 This is Mya’s first year on the dance team! She previously danced at Dancetech in High River, and her favourite dance style is hip hop!! Watch the last video for our hiphop group this year (choreographed by Lexii). Mya is a lovely addition to our team and we love her sweet smile and kind energy 🩵
