Our Strength Camp Kids absolutely crushed today’s workout! 💪🔥

They completed every task we threw at them and showed so much strength, determination, and confidence along the way. We’re incredibly proud of how hard they work and how willing they are to take on every challenge!

Today wrapped up our final Strength Camp Girls class, and what a way to finish. 💪☀️

The heat was relentless, the workout was tough, and there were plenty of moments where it would have been easy to slow down or quit. But these girls chose to keep going.

They pushed through every challenge, fought through every struggle, and proved that real strength isn’t about things being easy—it’s about refusing to give up when they’re hard.

We’re so proud of the grit, determination, and resilience each of these girls showed today and throughout this entire session. The strength they’ve built goes far beyond the gym.

Thank you to all the amazing girls and families who made this program such a success. We can’t wait to see you back for our next session at the end of August!

Watching these girls grow week after week has been one of the best parts of coaching. ❤️

Today, the tire flips were just one highlight. They challenged themselves, encouraged each other, worked through obstacles, pushed past discomfort, and refused to quit. Every session they become a little stronger—not just physically, but mentally too.

Strength isn’t built when everything feels easy. It’s built in the moments when you want to stop but choose to keep going.

I’m so proud of the grit, determination, and resilience these girls are developing. They’re learning that they’re capable of hard things, and that confidence will carry far beyond the gym.

Keep showing up. Keep believing in yourselves. Keep getting stronger. 💪

Ash! This sweet soul came into the SC fam a few months ago and we just love her. Here’s what she has to say about us!

“I have been coming to Strength Camp for about 3 months now, trying for 2-4 times per week.
I have always been an active person, so I didn’t think I would see any crazy gains just switching gyms. It took some time to figure out how to deal with muscle soreness (more protein! A pinch of salt and some ACV in my smoothies!)
But I kept showing up, going hard on the days I could and taking it easier when I needed to.
Then something crazy happened: I went swimming. I hadn’t gone swimming since starting Strength Camp. I used to do maybe 2 laps before loosing my breath and needing to stop, but after 3 months at Strength Camp, I was rocking out lanes like a beast!
I have never felt so strong in my legs and in my lungs, and I know it’s from the support and challenge that Jade provides at the gym💖”
