Lightning Taekwon-Do is a family-based martial arts club opening in West Lethbridge at the Coor Van Ray YMCA in September of 2021. Originally located and operating in Calgary from 1998 - 2016 and Cardston Alberta under the banner Cardston Taekwon-Do, the club was originally founded under Mr. Sonya Howes, 5th Degree.
