Well it’s official, retirement has come!
Really want to thank everyone again for their support and kind words during this transition. It really made us realize how lucky we were to run a business in such a great community. Here a few shots from the last day, not sure if it looks bigger or smaller in there without equipment stacked from floor to ceiling!

As many of you may already know my dad and I have decided to call it quits this spring. After almost 27 years in business Gord is ready to retire and I am ready to try something different myself. We can’t thank everyone enough who have supported us and been there through the years. We have been welcomed by Lindsay and the surrounding area and have met numerous amazing people along the way. We will both really miss the business and customers but with our lease coming up for renewal and all the crazy stuff going on right now the timing just makes sense. All of our remaining stock was purchased by Northern Sports located at 55 Mary street, we wish all the best to Brad and with any luck sports will be back to normal before we know it.

Gord does still have a huge vintage sports equipment collection that is all laid out now that the store is empty. If anyone is looking for some cool decorative pieces for a bar or man cave we will be there this Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9-3.
