We often tend to fill quiet rooms with music, television or some other background noise. For many of us, silence can feel uncomfortable especially when we are with others.
Research shows that silence can create space for healing and reflection in a world where we are constantly bombarded with noise.
This Silent Ruck is meant to challenge us to embrace the many benefits of silence. Participants are encouraged to ruck silently with a partner or group, and use this time of shared silence to reflect on how we can continue to honour and remember the fallen and support those living with operational stress injuries.”
