From Kawartha Fury alumni to world champion — what a journey! 🙌

David Peterkin and Team Canada battled hard and brought home the gold medal with a nail-biting 6–5 win over Team USA. 🔥🥍

We couldn’t be prouder to see a former Fury player shining on the biggest stage, showing the same heart, grit, and passion he had right here in Fury colours.🔥

History has repeated itself — and we couldn’t be prouder! Our incredible U9 Kawartha Fury squad brought home the Ontario Lacrosse Festival “D” Division Championship for the second straight year! 🔥

These young athletes showed up with determination, heart, and some serious skill. From the opening whistle to the final buzzer, they played as a team, supported one another, and left everything on the floor. The passion, effort, and growth we’ve seen in this group all season long came together in the best way possible — with a championship win! 🥍💙

Back-to-back titles don’t come easy, but these players earned every second of it. Huge shoutout to our coaches, families, and fans who stood behind them every step of the way.

Let’s celebrate this amazing moment — and remember, this is only the beginning for these rising stars. 🌟

🔥 U9s Are Quarter Finals Ready! 🔥

Our Kawartha Fury U9 squad has been grinding all weekend and now it’s time for the big one — QUARTER FINALS baby! 💪💥 They’ll be hitting the floor today at 5PM at Iroquois Pad 1, going head-to-head with a tough Tyendinaga team.

These young athletes have played their hearts out and earned their spot in this matchup. Now it’s time to finish strong, play with passion, and leave it all out there. 💯
