Join us for a meaningful evening of gentle movement, reflection and community in recognition of World Hospice and Palliative Care Day.

This donation-based Hatha yoga class is open to everyone — no yoga experience or flexibility required.

100% of proceeds will be donated to Hospice Services at Community Care in Lindsay, supporting compassionate care for individuals and families in our local community.

We offer beginner-friendly classes and series designed to take the intimidation out of walking into a yoga studio. No flexibility or previous experience required.

We are starting two dedicated series for newbies. Come be awkward, imperfect and maybe waddle a bit like a duck. We got you.

GATHER & GROUND: A Seasonal Floral Design + Restorative Yoga Retreat
Saturday, September 19 • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

A day to make something beautiful—and then do absolutely nothing.

There is something special about this moment between seasons. The garden is still generous, but the light is beginning to change and summer blooms are coming into their own.

Gather & Ground is a four-hour afternoon of seasonal creativity, connection and deep rest.

We'll begin with Laurel from Flaurel School for a hands-on, two-hour floral arranging experience using locally grown Ontario flowers and blooms from her garden. You'll learn the fundamentals of floral design—including proportion, balance, colour, focal points and creating movement—while creating your own beautiful vase arrangement to take home.

No floral arranging experience is necessary, and all flowers, greenery, vases and tools are provided.

After enjoying light drinks and refreshments, we'll transition into a 90-minute restorative yoga experience with Atheana. Beginning with a grounding meditation, we'll settle into supportive poses, breathwork and extended stillness. This is your invitation to stop doing, soften the body and simply receive.

Your afternoon includes:
🌿 2-hour floral arranging workshop with Laurel
💐 Locally grown Ontario + garden-grown blooms
🏺 Vase, flowers & tools provided
☕ Light drinks & refreshments
🧘 90-minute restorative yoga with Atheana

🧘 Yoga for People Who Think They Can't Do Yoga | 6-Week Series
Beginner-friendly, approachable and a little bit different. We'll explore yoga movement, meditation, breathwork, yoga's deeper themes and the beliefs that can make us think we're "not yoga people." No flexibility required. Offering both a daytime and evening option.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Yoga | 6-Week Series
A chance to move, play, breathe and connect together. A welcoming introduction to yoga for kids and their grown-ups.

☕️ The Mama Pause | 5-Week Series
45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by 20 minutes of tea, conversation and connection. Bring your babe, your toddler, multiple littles—or come on your own. Real motherhood is welcome here.

If you've been thinking about trying yoga, looking for a way to move through pregnancy with more support, or wanting to share yoga with your little ones—we have three new series beginning this September.

✨ The Nesting Yoga Series | Prenatal Yoga + Intentional Connection | 8 Week Series
A supportive space to move, breathe, connect with your changing body, and meet other parents-to-be. Each class includes prenatal yoga followed by time to stay, chat, sip some tea and build community.

🧘 Yoga for People Who Think They Can't Do Yoga | 6-Week Series
Too stiff? Too new? Not sure what you're doing? Perfect. 😉 This beginner-friendly series combines accessible movement, conversation, meditation and a little exploration of what yoga is actually about—with plenty of permission to come exactly as you are. We are offering both a daytime and evening option.

A chance to slow down, move, play and connect together. Family-friendly yoga designed to make movement fun and accessible for little ones and their grown-ups.

Join Rachelle a Yoga Teacher + Reiki Master for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for whatever your mind and body may need.

Together we'll experience supported restorative yoga, Reiki energy healing, sacred sound, oracle cards, gentle reflection, and intention setting.
