Looking for CrossFit coaches
CrossFit Lloydminster is looking for an energetic, organized, reliable and passionate CrossFit coach. This position is for a part time coach. The schedule is flexible, but possible times would range from 6:00 A.M. to evening classes. Competitive wages and gym perks.
Qualifications required:
*Current CrossFit L1 (or higher)
*2+ years experience doing CrossFit
*Has a passion for Fitness
*Excellent communication skills
*Willing to train the right person with CrossFit experience

Congrats Cole!
It's with great excitement that we welcome Cole Hunter ( ) to the CrossFit Lloydminster coaching staff.
Cole is a Lloydminster fire fighter and a great source of positivity. He has been shadowing coaches for the last two months and has passed his CrossFit Lvl 1 this past weekend in Edmonton.

INTRODUCTION HOCKEY STRENGTH
The boys crushed it in their first 8 weeks of strength training! We have extended our PeeWee Strength Program to continue through August. Send us a message if you would like to sign up for the month of August. Class size is limited, so spots left are limited also!
Class runs every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 2:45-3:45pm.

R E O P E N I N G !
It is the eve of the day we can all see your beautiful faces in our facility once again!
We are excited, yet are taking our precautions and following the guidelines to ensure your safety first. We kindly ask that you read our following guidelines to familiarize yourself with our new ways of operations!
1. Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your booked training session. This will help us limit traffic flow in and out of our facility.
2. Come to the gym changed in your workout gear.
3. Bathrooms will be open - but no access to showers and we want to limit access to change rooms as much as possible.
4. We love our new athlete lounge we have created for you to hang out in - but at this time we ask that you do not wait around the facility prior or following your session.
5. Do not come in if you are feeling sick or have travelled without doing your quarantine.
6. You MUST have your training session booked or signed up for a class prior to coming. (Message CrossFit Lloydminster if you wish to drop-in!)
7. Stay within your station if you are working at a squat rack.
8. Do not share equipment unless you live in the same household.
9. All equipment will be disinfected after use and towels disposed of after use.
10. Use hand sanitizer on the way in and on the way out.
We take pride in how we have always kept our facility clean and a safe home for athletes, so we do not think these new practices will be challenging. We want Covid19 to be over with just as much as you do! The better we all practice these new procedures, then hopefully the faster we can get there.

Equipment Packages are getting ready for pick up, limited quantities available with our Remote Programs! We have both home body weight and home equipment workout programs available! We even can program around your needs and/or available equipment. Talk to Scott or Larissa if you are interested!

With yesterday’s sad news of the our facility being temporarily closed until further noticed, we are pleased to bring excitement to everyone’s current day. We are happy to announce the collaboration of and in bringing one of the most exciting things yet, an Introduction PeeWee Strength Program.
We look on our walls and we see banners of athletes that have put in the hard work and time throughout the years. We see bright futures and full potentials in our young athletes coming up and this is just the program to start developing them towards their future goals!
