These two amazing young girls are putting in work to prepare to represent Canada at The WBC Amazing Muay Thai World Festival in Bangkok, Thailand June 25-29.
From early morning work-outs, to carefully planned meals, to upped intensity in training and constant work on improving our fight iq and grit in sparring, the road to Bangkok is a challenge they face without flinching.

June-August Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 come learn the fundamentals of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. This beginner centered set of classes is a great place to start or an opportunity to drill the basics and get in some great summer rolls.
Amazing work-out, great for mental health and a fantastic martial art for self-defence!
Ages 14 and up.
Grab a jiu jitsu membership, all access membership or summer sweat membership for new members and access classes + open mats.

Some nights are about building our trust and connection to our team mates and having a bit of fun. Problem solving, team work, strength and movement all being worked through play with this group of 6-14 year old kickboxers.

This guy wants you to go to Steak Night. Tickets available for tonight's steak night to support our fighters going to Thailand in just 3 weeks to represent Canada at the WBCAmazing Muay Thai world festival. Coach Alison will be at The Canadian Brewhouse from 6-8 with tickets. $40 per ticket.
