Love it when I get asked “if I still teach yoga?” Heck ya! And better yet, I get to teach mindfulness, meditation and yogic practices to people as far away as California.
Mindfulness for Leaders Years ago, I was working a highly stressful corporate environment and felt the overwhelming need to destress, get my body moving, and calm my busy mind.

Continuing down this path has been the most gratifying experience.

I have had several people reach out about appointments for reiki & private yoga. Thank you so much for supporting me! With all of the regulations and safety precautions and being that I am home based, I will not be offering these services until it is safer to do so for my family.
I am offering some community yoga in parks this summer. If you would like more information, message me. I will be sure to let you know when these take place.
Wishing you a safe and healthy summer,
Rikki

Throw back to the wellness day at Eagleview High School. I was invited back this year, but Covid-19 stopped many meaningful gatherings from happening.
Happy Indigenous Peoples Day!

Our grandmothers hedges were lilacs.
Their fragrance and delicate flowers
Lured neighbours for tea and
Garden walks.

Thank you to Holy Rosary High school for asking me to lead a yoga class. We mixed a little Rocket yoga with a little bit of gentle yoga and some sweet breath work. It was so nice to connect with you all! Keep moving and keep smiling!

Still trying to do my thing in a pandemic. This space is where yoga, strength and mindfulness collide. I’ve taken other yoga teacher’s classes here. I’ve taken my own here. I’ve connected with friends and new people here. I’ve been attacked by my kitty more times in downward dog than ever before, right here 😆.
This pandemic has been a crazy experience. I don’t know how to make sense of it. And probably now is not the time.
Today I’m happy and content with this space and with this practice.
One last thought: Don’t be afraid to reach out to people. Your presence or words might be exactly what they need.
