The Fitness Classes that are usually in the Fitness Studio will be in the OTS Room after June 17th .

There is still time to learn Pickleball for this summer!

Beginners: There are sessions both Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30. These sessions cover similar skills so you can register for one of them or both days, but expect some overlap in instruction. Both days are 9:30am-12:00pm.

Intermediate/Advanced Players: The Friday, May 29 session will cover footwork to manage the transition zone, when to use offence/defence, incorporating spin, and game scenarios to practice court coverage and strategies. The Saturday, May 30 session will cover footwork for playing at the net, serve and return strategies, when to use offence/defence, incorporating spin, and game scenarios to practice court coverage and strategies. Both days will have time to answer your questions as well! You can register for both days or pick the one that interests you more! Both days are 12:30-3:30pm.
