Hello community! After a few months hiatus, I wanted to provide a bit of an update on Bliss Yoga Co! I’ve relocated to Edmonton and have taken a bit of a break from instructing as I’m settling in and exploring my new home. If any Edmonton friends want to get together for a practice, shoot me a message. I’ll update when I start leading practices so you can come and hold space with me. Sending love and light. 💜 💡
