“ It’s my favourite time of the year other than during my soccer season….
OFF-SEASON TRAINING
It’s time to get back to the drawing board to establish a training plan for the next 5 months.
Time to address immobility’s, weaknesses, imbalances, anything that needs to be improved so when I step back on the pitch, I am better athletes than I was before.
Today is Day 1
The program is complete, the plan is set, and now it’s time to execute.
There will be ups and downs, no doubt.
Motivation will simmer and discipline will take over.
Having a plan in place makes those moments of doubt much easier to push to the side because it’s all out in front of you.
You go in to the gym and follow the procedure.

By losing over 20lbs, gaining muscle and most importantly gaining the confidence. The person she was before is almost unrecognizable. I watched Sarah blossom into a confident young woman who has significantly improved both mentally and physically.
I know Sarah was successful in her fitness journey because she took her nutrition seriously and did everything she was asked to do outside of our sessions. We’d like to give a big shoutout to one of our personal projects, for his incredible body transformation. Hamoudi was slightly over 240 lbs and knew it was time to make some serious changes to his lifestyle. “Hi, my name is Ben Vyfschaft. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). I have been an athlete my whole life, with my primary focus in soccer, where I had two successful seasons at the collegiate level with the Fanshawe Falcons and am a current player for the FC London Men’s Team.
I aim to provide a structured, balanced and achievable coaching programme that compliments athletes own lifestyle and meets their goals.
