As a certified personal trainer, I help women become stronger and healthier versions of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I am married to a wonderful guy of 25 years! We have two children, ages 21 and 18. We love to travel and have visited several countries, many states in America, and almost every province in Canada. I stay active by walking, running, biking, and swimming (only in the summer). I also make strength training a regular part of my exercise routine. As a certified personal trainer, I am passionate about helping others become a healthier and stronger version of themselves.

“I just want to tone.”

This is something that I often hear in the fitness world.

But here’s the thing: the “toned” look you’re after actually comes from having muscle.

Building muscle helps create shape and definition. As body fat decreases with a good nutrition plan, that muscle becomes more visible.

So instead of avoiding strength training because you don’t want to get “bulky”, embrace it!

🌟 Lift weights.
🌟 Challenge your muscles.
🌟 Get stronger.

And getting stronger doesn’t mean getting bulky. It means building a stronger, more capable you. 💪🏼

You can’t out-train your diet. ❌

Strength training and cardio are incredibly important for your health, fitness, and body composition. But NUTRITION is the primary driver of fat loss.

You can spend an hour at the gym. But if you’re consistently eating more energy than your body needs, losing body fat becomes much more difficult.

The goal isn’t to choose diet OR exercise. It’s to understand that they have different jobs. 🔥

STRENGTH TRAINING helps preserve and build muscle while you’re losing weight. 💪🏼

CARDIO helps improve your heart health and can increase your overall energy level. 💃🏻

NUTRITION creates the calorie deficit needed for your body to lose fat. 🥗

You need ALL THREE to see results that last. 🌟

Doing something is always better than doing nothing. But if you want lasting results, CONSISTENCY matters.

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that you need a brand-new workout every week to see progress.

The truth is your body gets stronger by repeating specific movements, gradually increasing the challenge, and allowing time for muscles to adapt.

That’s why every program that I create for my clients has a purpose and is geared to individual goals and abilities.

Every workout needs to build on the last one to gain strength, confidence, and fitness in a way that’s sustainable.
