Fat Loss and retain muscles is very difficult process for a vegetarian, but it is possible when you have knowledge and good mentor.
Lost almost 25 lbs and 5 inches from stomach in 9 weeks.

Sukhjeet lost more than 14kg in a month by being committed to his goal. Mr. Parshant started his fitness journey when he got overweight and was feeling his body was stiff because, the nature of job he was doing was to sit 10 hours a day. So, he decided to start training with me. This is his 3 months of transformation. He lost 44 lbs, 20kg in 3 months.
