MEET APOLLO 🏹

A new resistance workout designed for the PEAK phase to build strength endurance.

You’ll choose between upper or lower body options at each station.

One pod features a 11:45 running clock where the goal is to build maximum total load (weight x reps) through quality sets.

This one’s all about pacing, power, and proving what you can sustain under fatigue. 😌

This weekend, our F45 London athletes take on HYROX Ottawa and we couldn’t be more proud of the work they’ve put in to get here.
