Incline push up – 20 reps
Bench dips – 20 reps
Lunges – 10 reps each leg

Save this for your next session:

4 sets of each exercise. Superset tri and bi moves. Rest 60s in between.
Tricep pushdown – 15 reps
Cable curls – 15 reps
Dumbbell skullcrusher – 15 reps
Dumbell bicep curls – 15 reps per arm
Bayesian curl - 15 reps per arm

Save this for your next session:
Kettlebell cluster (right) – 6 reps
Kettlebell cluster (left) – 6 reps
Kettlebell gorilla row – 10 reps per side
Kettlebell core transfer – 10 reps per side
Complete 3–4 rounds. Rest 60s in between.
