WHY ZUMBA IS IMPORTANT?

The best part about Zumba is that the dance moves are simple and easy and target every muscle in your body. Plus, the catchy songs and beats help you let down your guard and dance to the music without inhibitions.

Working out in a group always helps as it keeps you motivated. The participants can inspire each other to keep going and push the boundaries. Dancing to good music releases “feel good” hormones and helps get rid of all the stress and worry.

This is an excellent workout for burning calories while enjoying the music.

Why Mastermind?
The purpose of a mastermind group is to bring together like-minded people who are dedicated and motivated to make effective and lasting changes to their lives in a collective group.
The mastermind meets an hour a week, once weekly, for six weeks as we study the book “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth” by John C. Maxwell.
There is a level of commitment on our part to deliver the best material to you in the allotted time with the utmost standards of professionalism and a level of commitment on your part to come to each meeting on time, prepared, and with a positive attitude.
As we move through each lesson, as a group, we will bring together our ideas and opinions that will help shape and mold our understanding of the material in a way far superior to simply reading a book on your own. We will be combining all of our minds to become masterminds.
Your expectation of the 6-week study will be to increase your awareness and will focus on accelerated personal and professional growth.
