BFITNESS 🤝🏼 ZUMBA = permanent
You asked, and we listened.
After so much positive feedback from our Zumba trial classes, we’re excited to officially make Zumba a permanent part of the BFITNESS schedule!
Coach Sandy brings the energy, the music, and the fun while giving you a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. It’s the perfect way to move your body, boost your mood, and step outside your usual fitness routine.
One of our favourite pieces of feedback was:
“Great music and it was nice to move in a different way. I was surprised at just how much of a workout it was!”
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, this class is all about having fun, building confidence, and getting a great sweat in alongside an incredible group of women.

I don’t say this often because I’m always chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next thing I want to accomplish. I’m usually so focused on what’s ahead that I forget to stop and appreciate what’s happening right now.
But this weekend, I did.
Hitting 100 classes with my BFITNESS girls was something really special. What started as members walking through our doors has turned into friendships I value so much. Some of my greatest friends are people I met through BFITNESS, and getting to celebrate this milestone surrounded by them reminded me just how lucky I am.
Adding HYROX to the weekend was the cherry on top. Then finishing it all off at Pace & Pints with a beer in hand, surrounded by amazing people, was pretty incredible.
One of my favourite parts was getting to celebrate alongside my husband. Because BFITNESS is a women’s-only space, he doesn’t get to be part of many BFITNESS events, so having him there for this one made it even more meaningful. I couldn’t do anything I do for BFITNESS in any capacity without him!!
For someone who is always looking ahead, this was a good reminder to pause, look around, and appreciate what has already been built.
It’s been a rough year in a lot of ways, and I’m proud of myself for continuing to push through, even when things felt hard.
And honestly, I’m really proud of it! 🤍✨

Recently, a group of BFITNESS members had the opportunity to help clean up an encampment alongside the incredible work being done by  and it was such a meaningful experience for all of us.
What this organization does for our community is truly amazing. The compassion, consistency, and humanity they show to people facing homelessness and poverty in London is something that deserves so much recognition and support. They are out there making a real difference every single day and we were so grateful to play even a small part in helping with their initiatives.
One of the most special parts of the experience was having our kids there with us. They learned lessons that cannot be taught in a classroom. Kindness, empathy, gratitude, community, and the importance of showing up for people who need support. Watching them work hard, ask questions, and genuinely care about helping others was something we will never forget.
Thank you again to 519Pursuit for welcoming us and for everything you continue to do for our city. We left feeling inspired, humbled, and already excited to do it again.
Community is about so much more than fitness and this was such a beautiful reminder of that 🤍

Starting June 1st, every class you attend at BFITNESS gives you a chance to win from over 63 prizes from local women-owned businesses, wellness brands, self care services, BFITNESS merch, class packs, gift cards, recovery experiences, and so much more.
This giveaway is our way of celebrating this community and every single woman who walks through our doors. Regardless if you’ve been here since day one or just started your journey, this month is about moving your body, building confidence, making friends, challenging yourself, and having FUN. All new members are welcome to participate!!
Here’s how to enter:
• Every class attended = 1 ballot
• Monday & Friday 5:30am, 6:30am classes all 10am & 4:30Pm classes = 3 ballots EACH
• Attend 6 classes in one week = extra bonus ballots
The more you show up, the more chances you have to win ✨
Winners will be randomly drawn at the end of June until all prizes have been claimed, with winners choosing prizes in draw order.

Happy Birthday to the woman behind SO much of BFITNESS
If you’ve ever walked into the gym and wondered how Leah somehow manages to be everywhere at once… same. Between having the most PT clients, helping with management, showing up to vendor events to talk about BFITNESS, supporting members, and somehow still making time to dance in the middle of the gym… she does it all.
Leah is the definition of someone who cares deeply about people. She says yes to everyone, even when her schedule is already overflowing, because she genuinely wants to help women feel stronger, more confident, and supported. Whether it’s checking in on clients, hyping people up, or spending her weekends representing BFITNESS in the community, she gives her whole heart to this place.
She’s an OG trainer and such a massive reason why this community feels the way it does.
Also somehow she can survive Spartan races but still trip over absolutely nothing.
We love you Leah and we’re so lucky to have you. Happy Birthday ❤️

The last year has been one of the hardest years of my life physically and mentally.
I’ve struggled a lot behind the scenes with my health, medication changes, learning about myself, being sick constantly, and being in pain more days than not. There were so many moments where I didn’t feel like myself and honestly, there were times where just getting through the day felt hard enough on its own.
Fitness has always been such a huge part of who I am, but this past year taught me that healing and progress are not always linear. Sometimes showing up looks different. Sometimes survival is the win.
But I also know I miss feeling strong. I miss feeling disciplined. I miss feeling connected to myself through movement and training.
So this is me publicly committing to getting back on my game. Not for aesthetics. Not for perfection. But for me. For my mental health, my confidence, my strength, my energy, and proving to myself that I can still fight for the version of me I know is in there.
I know it won’t be perfect. I know there will still be hard days. But I’m done waiting to “feel ready” to start showing up for myself again.
Hold me accountable. This is my reset. 🤍

Meet Alyssa ✨

An OG BFITNESS trainer and a huge part of what makes this community feel the way it does. For over 2 years, Alyssa has been showing up for our members with the biggest heart, the most organized brain imaginable, and the kind of energy that makes everyone around her feel supported.
She’s the type of coach who always goes above and beyond, whether that’s helping members hit their goals, being the first person to lend an ear, or somehow keeping all of us organized while still being down for a good time. She brings such a calm, genuine presence into the gym and truly cares about every single person who walks through our doors.
Outside of BFITNESS, she’s completed 3 HYROX races, is a proud dog mom to Henry, and continues to inspire everyone around her with her consistency, work ethic, and kindness.
If you’ve taken a class, personal training or have simply chatted in the gym with Alyssa, you already know how special she is 🤍
