"I don't feel guilty about food anymore."

For a long time, Geoff knew his relationship with food wasn't serving him.

Like many people, food became more than just fuel. It became comfort. A quick dopamine hit. Something to lean on during stressful days or difficult moments.

And with that often came guilt.

The cycle was exhausting.

Through the nutrition coaching component of our 180 Program, Geoff learned something powerful:

Nutrition doesn't have to be restrictive.

It doesn't have to be all-or-nothing.

And it definitely doesn't have to come with guilt.

Instead, Geoff learned how to understand food, build awareness around his choices, prioritize protein, and create a system that worked for his life.

What started as tracking macros became something much bigger.

He stopped relying on food to make him happy.

He stopped feeling guilty about the foods he enjoyed.

And he built a healthier relationship with food that he could actually maintain.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out this morning for our very first Rep Performance session!

It was awesome to see so many people willing to spend part of their Sunday working on their running, movement quality, strength, and overall athletic performance. The energy was fantastic, and we're excited to see how everyone progresses over the next 5 more weeks.

Don't forget to sign up for next week's session!

Spots are already filling up quickly. If the class appears full, make sure you add yourself to the waitlist. We're looking at increasing the class size to match today's attendance, so there's a good chance we'll be able to get more people in.

A huge thank you to everyone who got up early on a Sunday morning and showed up ready to work. The energy, effort, and willingness to learn set the tone for what this program is all about.

This was just the starting point.

We're excited to see the progress that happens over the next 6 weeks and can't wait to get back at it next Sunday.
