🚨 HYROX TRAINING STARTS THIS SATURDAY 🚨
10 WEEKS

ONE GOAL ➡️ GET RACE-READY.
Whether you’re already registered for HYROX Toronto or just want to level up your fitness and compete against yourself, this 10-week training block is for YOU.
🗓️️️ Starts: Saturday, July 18
🕡 Time: 6:30 AM sharp
📍 Location: Combine Fitness/St. Andre Bessette Track (Indoor + Outdoor sessions)
🏁 Final session: Saturday, Sept. 27 — right before race weekend🙌🏽!
Over the next 10 weeks, we’re going to build on our Combine Foundation and help you prepare for each event and head into this race mentally and physically ready. You can expect:
✅ Running technique work (yes, you’ll actually run better)
✅ Learning the event series and mastering transitions
✅ Capacity building under fatigue (a HYROX must)
✅ Strength + skill-focused accessory work
✅ Pacing strategies, partner work, and gritty finishes
✅ Sunshine, sweat, and serious community vibes
