Moving the body all different ways. First HYROX in the books. Good tough grind. Any of you have one in your future?
If you are over 35 and feeling like garbage during or after games, the good news is “It’s not all because of your age”.
The bad news is “you will actually have to prepare your body to do what goalies do, if you want to be a goalie and feel good doing it”.
