☀️ It’s not too late to join us! ☀️
Our Women’s Outdoor Workout Classes are already underway, and we’ve been having a great time moving, sweating, and encouraging one another outdoors. With warmer weather finally here, there’s no better time to come give it a try!
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your fitness, meet other local women, or simply enjoy some time outdoors, there is still plenty of room for you.
💪 All fitness levels are welcome.
🌿 No commitment required.
💲 Just $10/class.

🕢 Saturdays at 7:30 AM
☀️ Additional midweek classes offered in July and August.
And for all the moms out there—children are welcome to come along and hang out nearby while you get your workout in! Bring some snacks, toys, or activities and enjoy some time for yourself while staying close to your little ones.
I would love to have you come out and try a class. You might be surprised how much fun working out in a supportive community can be!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there! 💐
Today I’m especially thankful for my own mom — for her love, strength, support, and the example she has been in my life. Motherhood is such a gift!
I’m also grateful for the ability to move my body and stay active. Working out isn’t just about physical health — it helps us stay mentally strong, patient, energized, and ready to handle the beautiful chaos of raising children.
Here’s to strong moms who continue to show up with love, grace, and resilience every day.
