Treat it like a responsibility to yourself - because it is!
💯 it just is
Make sure you make yourself a priority and treat yourself like you treat your closest friends!
Take a hot minute, relax, breathe and really take a moment to focus on what you need
I did not know I needed “selfcare” I did not think that taking time for myself was important
I just didn’t
I thought running around and trying to do all the things was more important
I thought making sure all the famjam have everything they need/want was of a higher importance than what I needed/wanted
But I am so thankful I have learnt to take time out for myself, to gift myself something I didn’t even know I needed!
What does self care look like to you?
It doesn’t have to be fancy, or expensive, it is literally about taking care of yourself and improving or taking steps towards self improvement
What do I need?
What do I want?
Is there anything I can read up on to help my life easier?
Am I need of a nap?
Do I need a face mask?
Are my knees and elbows dryer than the Sahara?
Think about what your questions and self ques would be
Treat it like a responsibility to yourself - because it is!

Pearson famjam a la beach mode .
So thankful to have the opportunity to be able to have these famjam moments and times together! 💕 .
Gahhhhh these our some of our attempts at a family picture 🤦🏼♀️🙈😂
Say cheese, say ice cream, say anything that will make you appear as though you are smiling, enjoying yourself and a looked after cared for well rounded human🤷🏼♀️🙈🤦🏼♀️
Gahhh family photos are so humorously challenging - we don’t have many as to get us rounded up can be a struggle (we work different schedules) we can’t find someone to take one or the most common or popular answer would be 1/5 of us just isn’t in THE “mood” lol🙈🤷🏼♀️ .
However we’re just going to start taking them anyway - we can always have a chuckle later on about why we weren’t so entertained in the moment at a later date or what reason someone wound someone else up - but we can’t recapture it .
So we’ll leave these here - in these moments we attempted many peculiar words to try and smile and Indi just wasn’t feeling it, two brothers and some late night marshmallows I think got the better of her here but c’est la vie she’s still the most beautiful girl and human 💕
Here’s to having the opportunity to be able to take more pictures and have more family experiences! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 .

Sorry not sorry
Love yourself, it sounds so simple right? But I get it - it really isn’t
These are somethings that help me keep myself in check .....
Let go of the ridiculous expectations you have for yourself that you aren’t even interested in, you just think you are
Celebrate your mini wins - you got yourself through today - well done!
Do something for yourself -
take a shower with intent- one where you use more than two products,
take a bath,
take a walk,
workout,
go to the beach,
put a candle on,
use a fancy face product,
get an indulgent Starbucks treat!
go to and get a fancy sample and indulge
try something new!
do NOTHING
Just give yourself some love, you need it, and if you need to hear this,
It is 100% acceptable to take time for yourself - if others can’t accept or understand that - that’s their problem - NOT yours 💕

Don’t loose focus...
See the bigger picture
Each of those apply in this instance, even cameras can’t get it right 💯
I have found implementing a strong morning routine has considerably increased my ability to focus on everything
Really putting in foundation work to set up what my day is going to look like has enabled me to be more efficient, without Being overwhelmed - something I find all to easy a feeling to creep upon you
Those foundations then in turn allow me to laser focus on the big goals
They allow a continuous assessment to keep in check what I am doing to get to those goals even when there is a whole lot of life going on
All those steps above fall hand in hand with seeing the bigger picture
Getting a routine set in place frees up my mind and allows me more mental capacity and a heightened ability to serve myself and my family better
I love this picture focused or unfocused it is exactly what it was meant to be, to remind me to always look ahead, to chase the horizon while at the same time keeping what is infront of me infocus as well 💪🏼
Either that or the camera felt the rock was more interesting 🤣
