Meet Micayah ⚡️
Our lead instructor, your hype queen, and the definition of unstoppable energy. If you’ve ridden with her, you already know—she’s always smiling, always pushing, and always bringing the heat 🔥
Self-proclaimed “queen of side quests,” Micayah is the kind of person who thrives with a full plate. From crushing law school, to taking on Spartan races (half marathon next 👀), to hitting the podium in adult gymnastics competitions—she does it all, and somehow makes it look fun.
And when she’s not flipping, running, studying, or vibing at concerts… she’s right here on the bike, leading the room and turning every ride into an experience 🚴♀️
