SPINCO LONDON x LONGEVITY LOUNGE 🤍

We’re big believers in how you recover matters just as much as how you move — check out our favourite way to reset!

Just minutes from the studio, Longevity Lounge • Wellness Spa has become a favourite among our team for sauna, cold plunge, red light + compression therapy.

We took our team over for some much-needed recovery together and LOVED every moment. The perfect reset after a tough workout on the bike. 🔥❄️

The benefits of contrast therapy are endless and the vibes at Longevity Lounge are perfect. Whether you’re booking in with a couple of friends or going for a solo session, you’ll walk out feeling better than ever.

Two local spaces, one shared love for movement, recovery + feeling good in your body. ⚡️

Thank you for hosting us Longevity Lounge • Wellness Spa 🫶 we’ll be back soon!
