June has finally arrived, and we are fully leaning into the summer energy with a calendar full of community events, big benchmarks, and plenty of reasons to celebrate our incredible team and members. Whether you are locking in for our next major row challenge or bringing your dad in for a special Father’s Day sweat session, this month is all about setting high expectations and crushing them together.

June 5: 500m Row Benchmark Challenge 🚣

Our June Member of the Month is Kaitlin M, and her journey since joining us in September 2025 is the perfect reminder of what happens when you find a community that pushes you to challenge yourself! For Kaitlin, OTF has become so much more than just a workout—it’s a place she genuinely looks forward to showing up for, even for those early 5:30 AM classes.

Huge shoutout to our member SAHER for absolutely crushing her very first HYROX event at HYROX Ottawa last week!!! 🔥👏
It takes a different kind of grit to sign up for something completely outside your comfort zone… to show up alone… to challenge yourself in a brand new environment… and to see it through from start to finish. And that’s exactly what she did. 💪
We’ve loved watching Saher put in the work here in studio leading up to the event, but we’re even more proud of her decision to simply TRY something hard and new. That’s where growth happens. That’s where confidence is built. And that’s what inspires the people around you more than you know. 🧡
Now we’ll all be waiting to hear every tip, lesson, and story from your experience because come October… many of us will be taking on HYROX Toronto for OUR first time too 👀🔥
