Thank you to all the London swifties who joined us for our Taylor Swift dance party earlier this month! π«Ά
Seeing kids make and trade friendship braclets, move through the activities, and dance together was such a special reminder of the power of community program and the arts.

Through my years of teaching minis, I have learned that establishing FUN routines helps make class 100 times better!
This doesnβt only help classroom management, it helps students feel confident walking into class independently and allows for growth and development quicker.
This summer, Iβve spent intentional time creating lesson plans. Even for my littlest classes for age is 2 to 3.
When we lesson plan for our littlest dancers, we are creating a foundation of class that helps them confidently grow throughout the program!
I have already seen it in my dancers who are joining me again for this 6 week program!
So excited to keep dancing throughout the summer!

One week since the fabulous Bust A Move Dance showcase!
Movement which meets dancers where they are at is SO important to me, and continuing to create and learn about inclusive dance brings me such joy!
Absolutely loved experiencing this community come together and seeing our dancers absolutely shine on stage!

After teaching hundreds of kids, you start to pick up patterns as a dance teacher.
And none of these are good or bad.
Some kids take longer to join inβ¦but are learning SO much from observation.
Some kids donβt connect in across the floor, but come alive with a dance prop in hand.
None of these are meant to be a label, instead I see them clues.
With these clues I can understand the strengths and weakness of dancers, which allows me to find ways for them to fully engage in the learning.
Here, dances of all abilities, learning styles, and movement types can thrive. Wild in Wellness is movement that meets kids where they are at π€
