The CAACMA is a private martial arts school in London Ontario, specializing in Pak Mei, Short Fist Boxing and Wu Tai Chi.
CAACMA is quality, not progression oriented. Progression in the art is something expressed in skill, not something you wear. Short Fist lays the foundation for Pak Mei while quickly furnishing the students with an effective and safe fighting style. New students can be novice, if they are not afraid of hard work. Classes are small and spots are limited, but we enjoy training dedicated individuals. Observing class can be arranged by appointment. If you have any questions, please email us.

Sparring Night
New Schedule:
Monday: 7 pm to 8pm- Technique, 8 pm to 9 pm- Live sparring
Wednesday: 7 pm to 8 pm- Technique, 8 pm to 9 pm- Dynamic Drilling and Pad Work
Saturday: 9 am to 1030 am- Open Floor
We will be having a workout and get together on Saturday November 12th. Workout will be earlier in the day and we will be getting back together to watch UFC 205! Inquire for details.
We are getting together on Saturday August 22 for an open workout at 7 pm and then getting back together at UFC 202. For current members, this will replace your regularly schedule Saturday class.

Our July retreat was fantastic. Just got back from our august retreat, which was awesome, as well. We will be posting pictures and some video soon. Look forward to these retreats every year!
