In honour of World Breastfeeding Week (August 1st-7th), I am officially announcing my Lactation 101 class!

This class is designed to take in your third trimester of pregnancy to prepare you for the basics of nursing your baby.

Because I truly believe that every single person deserves access to breastfeeding support, my first two classes will be pay what you can ♡ These will be group classes held on Zoom, but look out for group or private in-person classes in the future.

In this class we'll cover:
- infant feeding methods
- myths & misconceptions
- lactation basics
- hormones
- latching your baby
- troubleshooting common concerns
- hunger cues
- soothing baby
- nutrition & so much more!

I'll teach you how to build your community of support & prompt reflection.

You'll leave this class with your own first 48 plan, 6 week plan and knowledge on preparing your postpartum nest.
