Our mom and baby weighted strength 6-week programs start in May ✨
These strength driven classes are taking on Progressive Style Programming officially. This is a great way to see strength results in real time! From feeling uncoordinated and disconnected in week 1, to feeling confident and stronger in week 6. Using intentionally designed exercises and heavily focusing on proper breathing mechanics and core engagement.
These classes involve 8 exercises, 3/4 of which stay the same for the 6 weeks. For example, Tuesdays will work on Deadlifts for the 6 weeks!
Combined with our mom and baby Pilates and upcoming Stroller program, we will have you moving woth ease and building back stronger ✌️

The best advice I can give in this season of life is: take it one day at a time.
Whatever your goals may be, give yourself more time than you think, ease up on the expectations, and simply focus on building strength little by little.
Three years later, I can honestly say I feel stronger than ever. This is the most consistent I’ve been, I’m finally sleeping well, and I now have the energy to give some attention to my nutrition.
At the heart of it, my goal has always been to stay strong for my kids. Looking back, I’m so grateful I kept showing up, even in small ways, because that effort has added up. Today, I can lift my 50-pound kid high into a tree (well above my short frame!), carry two “velcro” kids up the stairs in the morning, and push a 70-pound stroller on runs.
All this to say—I see you. Wanting it all right now, wanting to feel like yourself again, wanting to feel as strong as you once were. Honour that you and your priorities have changed, and know that it’s more than OK.

This 6 week program is designed for newly postpartum moms to put their pelvic floor recovery at the forefront. Every class we learn how to work the core and pelvic floor together, using gentle core movements, diaphragmatic breathing and specific stretches. Creating a strong foundation to continue to build on postpartum. Together we will progressively add in bigger movements and build intensity.
During our 6 weeks together we will also have some very special guests join us. .lounsbury.mswrsw and 💜 creating a safe space to support common questions and normalize motherhood.
We meet Wednesdays 11:00 am, of course babies are welcome 🤱 limited spots available 🫶

👉We are looking for a female coach who is deeply passionate about working with postpartum women and aligns with our core values.
Our classes are more than just workouts—they are a celebration of resilience. For many moms, simply making it to class is a victory, and that deserves to be honored. We believe in a judgment-free environment where every woman feels supported in her journey, no matter where she starts.
This role has a lasting impact on postpartum healing and a mom’s long-term relationship with strength training. Thoughtful programming and cueing must prioritize pelvic health, and the language we use around returning to exercise is critical in maintaining a safe, diet-culture-free space.

Strength, Pilates, Yoga… OH MY 🤰
This incredible program I have been building over the past two years is expanding! This year we will be offering our staple 6 week program repetitively, plus additional drop in class times. Strength will be 2-3x per week, Pilates will be a few times a month and yoga will also be a few times a month.
Supporting these expecting mamas has been an absolute honour. Empowering them to connect to their bodies and continue to use movement as a way to support themselves through every trimester.
