Meet Coach Ghazal, the newest member to our PEAK Coaching team!
Ghazal comes from an athletic background of playing soccer, running marathons and dance. She is an amazing personal trainer and certified in exercise therapy.
"During my first week at Goodlife I had the chance to try a PEAK class and absolutely LOVED IT! It challenged me to push myself in many ways. The design of the program allowed me to work at my own pace as well as challenge myself and compete with others through every round. As a runner, HIIT exercises are a core component of my training program; yet, I have not felt as accomplished nor as good as I felt after that PEAK class. As a coach, I will make sure that you walk out of every class feeling accomplished! I will motivate you and help push you to a level you didn't even know you had, to achieve your goals!"

Majed has a bachelor's degree in sports rehabilitation and is a level 5 Personal trainer who has been recognized as Personal trainer of the year multiple years in a row!
"Fitness is not a hobby or just a job to me. Fitness is my life. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with experiences ranging from PE teacher, army fitness instructor, rehabilitation therapist and personal trainer. This career motivates me to design realistic goals for my clients and I am confident I can help our PEAK members achieve their desired results. There is nothing more rewarding for me than motivating others to obtain healthier and more fulfilling lifestyles."

We are SO excited to be back in action we decided to add an additional lunch time class on Tuesdays at 12pm!
All our classes are 60mins in length but we understand if your time is limited. Come in for half the class (30mins) and still get an amazing beneficial workout that will help you burn calories and boost your metabolism!
