Today in our TRX, Cardio, and Weight Training Class, we had a Black & white theme ⚫️⚪️
A strong crew showed up, put in the work, and made the room loud with energy. TRX might look simple, but our members know it delivers every time.

This is what happens when someone refuses to give up on themselves.
Over the course of this journey, Tina has lost 120 pounds. But the number on the scale only tells part of the story.
Behind that number are hundreds of workouts, days where motivation was low but discipline showed up anyway, and a commitment to becoming stronger and healthier.
Transformations like this aren’t built in a few weeks, they’re built through patience, consistency, and a community that supports you every step of the way.
