Our fall session starts this week. In addition to to our Tuesday classes in Long Sault we will resume Thursday evening class in the Ingleside R-O Public School Gym.

The T-shirt order was placed tonight. Our summer session which begins the first Tuesday in July includes a Seaway Karate T-shirt with an embroidered logo. For those that haven’t already confirmed along with shirt size please let me know asap and I can still tweak our order. Thank you.

Great self-defence seminar last night by Shihan Brian Lacroix who has 50+ years of continuous training / instructing at Therien Jiu-jitsu. When I joined the World Kobudo Federation in 1992 he was one of the first people that I met and we have been crossing paths on a regular basis ever since. Shihan Brian will be instructing at Capital Conquest November 7th and 8th in Gatineau Qc.

Our summer session (July and August) includes a T-shirt with an embroidered Seaway Karate crest. T- shirt order must be placed no later than next Wednesday,June 24th.
