Can’t believe I almost forgot it’s our anniversary today! 🫢

Looking back at these old photos of us when we were dating, we truly had so much fun. I knew then that if we became a family, it would continue to be just like that—and it has all gone so well so far. I hope our future continues to be the same!

세상에.. 글쎄 오늘이 결혼기념일인거 까먹고 지나갈 뻔 한거 있죠? 🫣
그래서 뭘 올릴까 하다가 옛날 사진을 보니 그 때 기억이 새록새록 나더라구요. 둘이 참 재밌었는데. 그렇게 둘이어도 셋이어도 재밌게 지낼 수 있을거 같았는데 딱 들어맞았어요. ㅎㅎ

Lately, I’ve been questioning what to post, which direction to take, and how to make space for everything I am — not just the yoga teacher part.

Then I shared a post that wasn’t yoga-related at all… and it went viral.
It made me realize — maybe I don’t always need to share only yoga things.

So here, you might see yoga flows, real-life struggles, small wins, movement experiments, and honest thoughts from someone who’s still figuring it out.

안녕하세요, 멜리나 입니다.

전 요가 강사이기도 하지만 멘토이기도 하고, 맨몸운동도 좋아하고, 엄마이기도 한데요. 늘 그 사이에서 밸런스를 찾기 위해 고군분투 중이에요.

최근에 제가 올린 릴스 (심지어 요가 관련도 아닌) 가 바이럴이 되었고 덕분에 새로운 팔로워들도 생겼어요. 팔로우 정말 감사해요.

사실 그동안 블로그나 스레드에서도 요가 뿐 아니라 일상에서 배우거나 깨닫게 된 것들에 대해서도 공유를 해오곤 했었는데요. 이상하게 왠지 인스타에서는 그게 좀 어렵게 느껴지더라구요. 근데 이번에 올려 보니 가끔은 올려도 괜찮지 않을까? 하는 생각이 들었어요.
