You can practice your counting !!
Congratulations to the two new yellow belts !!
The Students are learning lots and very fast!! We will be soon learning how to use a Baton.
Quipps Jiu Jitsu currently offers the following classes, programs and seminars:
CLASSES:
• Youth (co-ed)
• Adult (co-ed)
• Family (all ages, co-ed)
PROGRAMS:
• Self Defense
• Street Proofing - Not only yourself, but the whole family.
• Self Defense - seminars available
Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday
Youth classes run from 6pm to 6:45pm and Teen/Adult classes from 7pm to 8pm.
All classes are held at the Lorette Arena.
