Hi Everyone and Happy June!! ✨

Please take note of our important dates for June.

From Wednesday June 8th- Friday June 17th we will be on our annual summer holidays so there will be no classes held within those dates.

We will be back for regular class times from Monday June 20th - Thursday June 30th.

On Monday July 4th we will be switching to our summer schedule which will be released later this week!!

Make sure you like and follow us to be the first to access the new summer schedule when it launches ✨

Simply bring your ID badge and a yoga mat and come relax.

Tag a teacher in the comments below who you know could use a nice relaxing yoga session.

If you are a business, organization or sports team who would like to bring yoga to your staff/ clients these packages are perfectly designed for you.

Each plan would be tailored to the needs of your organization and we would work together to establish the goals of your health and wellness package.

Some examples of possible packages are:

- Yoga to manage stress.

- Yoga for lower back pain.

- Yoga at your desk.

- Yoga for hockey players.

- Yoga for runners.

We are also able to create a custom plan to accommodate your organizations individual needs if one of the 3 tiers available does not work for you.

Regrettably yoga classes will be cancelled from today, April 13th to Thursday April 21st.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that this will be one of the last interruptions of our regularly scheduled classes this year.

The first day back for classes will be Monday April 25th to be safe.

April Pose of the Month- Camel Pose!!

This month we will be incorporating various beginner backbends into our class sequences such as camel pose!

Backbends are great poses to incorporate into your practice for spinal health and core strength.
