To all the dads and those that filled empty shoes to be someone's dad, Happy Father's Day!

Though we are now on Summer break, we will still hold some training sessions as well as Leadership Team training. These will be outdoors, so weather depending.

Our anticipated start date for Fall with be mid September.

Today is the 24th Anniversary of the passing of the Founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.

Due to an unfortunate reason, one of our lil KICKS was unable to attend class this week. This morning, I dropped off her CMAC club spirit gear so she would have it when she got home from school...

Hard to believe our first year has come to an end tonight. What an incredible year it was. So much accomplished by all. Just look at the photos from tonight. Soon, I will recap year one milestones from what we (as a club) have accomplished and acheived, however right now I would love to hear from our members. Please share your experience!
