Tonight's class may have been small, but the accomplishments were huge! 🎉
We celebrated beginner joggers reaching 2½-minute, 8-minute, and 15-minute jogging milestones. Every jogger started somewhere, and every milestone matters.
Our Learn to Jog 5K program focuses on starting at YOUR pace and building from there. This week we're working through 45-second jog intervals with 2-minute walks for a total of 40 minutes.
Before you know it, you'll be jogging a 5K at a pace that works for you.
It's not about being fast. It's about showing up, making progress, and doing it for yourself. 🏃♀️❤️

Tiny eyes. Big lessons. 💕
She probably doesn’t know what a treadmill workout is.
She doesn’t care about calories burned, pace, or distance.
What she sees is her mama showing up.
She sees strength.
She sees consistency.
She sees someone making time to take care of herself.
And whether we realize it or not, little eyes are always watching.
Not learning how to be perfect.
Learning how to keep going.
One day she’ll remember that her mama moved her body, prioritized her health, and showed her that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s important.
And honestly? That might be one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids. ❤️
That’s exactly why we love our Mommy & Me classes every Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Just Move Fitness. Bring your little one, move your body, have some fun, and let them see what taking care of yourself looks like in real life.
Because healthy habits start with what they see. 💗
