🌿 The Five Koshas — how my workshops are created

My workshops are not a sequence of random techniques.

They are a guided journey through the five koshas — layers of human experience — designed to bring a person from the surface of the body to the root of inner causes.

This is not just practice. It is a process of unfolding.

1. Annamaya Kosha — the physical body
We begin where everything is visible: the body.

• activation of standing posture
• opening the chest and core
• alignment, movement, awareness of structure

The body starts to release what it has been holding.

2. Pranamaya Kosha — breath & energy
Then we move deeper into energy.

• Kapalabhati (cleansing)
• Bhastrika (activation)
• deep yogic breathing
• Nadi Shodhana

Here we are not “doing breathwork” — we are working directly with prana and its patterns.

3. Manomaya Kosha — mind & emotions
Next layer is the inner noise.

• observing breath without interference
• counting and focusing attention
• reducing mental dispersion

The mind begins to settle. Space appears.

4. Vijnanamaya Kosha — awareness
Here the practice becomes clarity.

• witnessing state without judgment
• noticing subtle internal shifts
• awareness of before and after

This is where insight naturally arises — without forcing.

5. Anandamaya Kosha — deep integration
Finally, silence.

• lying-down integration
• deep rest
• nervous system settling

A state of inner wholeness and quiet presence.

My workshops are not about collecting practices.

They are about moving layer by layer — toward the root, toward the source, toward what actually creates your inner state.

This is why I don’t teach techniques.
I guide processes.

And the goal is not to “do more” — but to understand what is happening inside you, and why.

🌿 24 May I held my breathing workshop, and I want to share what stayed with me after this beautiful experience ✨

For me, it was important to create not just a class, but a space where people could slow down and truly connect with themselves through breathing 🫁

And this really happened 🤍

- Some people noticed for the first time that they breathe very shallowly.
- Some realized that one nostril is almost always blocked and the body may not be getting enough oxygen.
- Others felt how their state changed after simple breathing techniques and a few minutes of silence 🌬️

These were not just “special effects,” but very real and personal observations 🌱
For me, this is the most valuable part of the practice.

Thank you to everyone who came, trusted the process, and shared this experience with me 🙏🤍

It makes me very happy to see that people connect with this format — where yoga is not only about the body, but also about deeper self-exploration through breath, awareness, and presence 🧘‍♀️✨

After meetings like this, a very warm feeling stays inside ☀️

I’m happy with how everything went and already feel inspired to continue 🌿

Just a reminder that our regular Sunday yoga class is happening as usual this week ✨

And I’d also love to invite you to a special pranayama & meditation workshop — a space fully dedicated to breath, inner balance, and deep restoration.

In our regular classes we mostly work with the body through asana practice.
This workshop will be different: less movement, more attention to breathing, the nervous system, and inner stillness.

We will practice:
🌬 gentle breathing techniques
🌬 practices to calm the nervous system and reduce inner tension
🌬 expanding the breath and restoring energy
🌬 concentration techniques and meditation

We will also briefly touch on a deeper understanding of yoga beyond just the physical practice.

After the workshop — tea, treats, and warm conversation together 🌿

Why yoga?

Because it’s not just about the body.
It’s about coming back to yourself.

Yoga helps you:
— slow down in a fast-paced world
— reconnect with your body instead of fighting it
— reduce stress and anxiety
— feel more energy and inner stability
— gently, step by step, become stronger — not only physically

This is time you choose for yourself.
Without rush. Without comparison. With care and awareness 🤍

I invite you to join our practice this Sunday at 12:00

📍 486 Starboard Dr, Bedford

Sometimes change is exactly what we need to move forward 🌿

I haven’t been very active here lately, and a lot has shifted.
The most important change — I now have a new space for my classes.

It’s a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
I care about creating a calm, supportive atmosphere where you can feel safe in your body.

I’m now offering classes and workshops in this new space ✨

Luminate Co Wellness Centre

I’m also rethinking the way I share yoga —
less about “pushing”, more about feeling, breath, and inner awareness.

And with warmer days coming, we may occasionally move outside ☀️
park yoga will stay as a light, open, donation-based option.

I’ll be sharing schedule updates here soon.

Hope to see you on the mat 🤍

Time for Self — a New Chapter ✨

Over the past six months, this page has transformed.
We started as a yoga community, and grew into a space for deeper practices:
neurographica, sound healing, family constellations, somatic work, creativity, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing.

And I see now: this is not just a set of classes.
This is a space where people come to meet themselves.
That’s why this page is shifting into a new format:
Time for Self — a community space.

📌 It’s not only about yoga.
It’s about exploring the inner world through:
— the body
— breath
— sound
— creativity
— connection
— group experiences

We’re creating a place where you can:
feel, process, release, understand, and get inspired.
This space is open to everyone — not only women.
Though it carries a softness, depth, and maturity that often flow through feminine energy.

We will continue our practices in December, introduce new formats, and meet in person.

There will be events, workshops, and spaces where you can simply be.

If taking time for yourself matters to you —
you’re welcome here.

With love,
Olga ✨

🎨 “Balance. Seven Centers of Inner Harmony”

Neurographica is a creative art method that helps you bring harmony to your inner state, release tension, and discover new perspectives through drawing.
By using special lines and shapes, we connect the conscious and subconscious mind, activate inner resources, and create a sense of balance and calm.

During the session, we will explore seven centers of inner balance — areas that help us feel grounded, light, strong, and in harmony with ourselves.

Through the drawing process we will:
✨ gently activate each center with lines and colors;
✨ harmonize inner flows;
✨ discover our personal balance between body, emotions, and mind.

To create an atmosphere of warmth and trust, there will be tea and treats to enjoy.
