Wrapping up our A division head coach announcements is our Women’s U19A softball team!

The Lumsden based team comes from all over the place with a group of young women with a bunch of talent, lead by one of our association’s most experienced coaches, Brad Sigmeth. With numerous championship awards at westerns and nationals, travel team coaching and 17 years experience, these girls are lucky to be lead by him!

WOMEN WHO LEAD. GIRLS WHO RISE. 💜🥎

Lumsden Minor Ball is proud to announce our all-female A team head coaches for the upcoming 2027 season!

More than teaching skills and strategy, these women are showing the next generation what leadership looks like and what’s possible when girls see women leading the game.

💪🫶✌️🥎💙❤️

A few little ladies owe Coach Karly a Candy bag!

Hey folks, quick message from Coach Karly - there was a white water jug left behind after u17 evals last night and then a helmet that was taken by accident at u15 evals the other night, but this one was left behind to ask the girls to check that they took the proper helmet home!

See you on the diamonds!

**Update**
What a great turn out for softball evals the last two nights! 34 u15 girls last night, wow!! 🤩

A reminder of the upcoming eval times and dates! Reminder in order to tier into an A team you need to attend ONE skills and ONE scrimmage (if possible) but are welcome to attend more than one. If your girl does not want to evaluate or wants to play a more developmental style, they do not need to attend the scrimmages!

Stay tuned to your email/social media as with such large numbers we might have to ask to divide scrimmages up and if that happens it will be communicated as soon as possible!”

🚨🚨Also note it is scarecrow festival this weekend!! Plan your arrival time accordingly 🚨🚨😱🐦‍⬛
